I ordered through hardees.com and, to be fair, my food was ready fast. The drive-thru actually moved better than it usually does, which was a nice surprise. I did have to sit at the window for a little bit, and I’m not exactly the most patient person, so even that short wait felt annoying. Overall though, it was smoother than I expected.

I mean, it was okay overall, but I did end up waiting a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, I guess, but it was kind of noticeable.

I placed an order through the app and got charged, but when I got to the store, they didn’t have my order at all. Like, nothing. Nothing showed up for them, even though the money came out on my end. Frustrating experience.

I grabbed a burger and fries from Hardee’s, it was exactly the kind of quick, satisfying meal I expected. The burger had good flavor and wasn’t dry, which is always a plus, and the fries were salty and crispy the way I like them. I also had a biscuit, and that was surprisingly really good too. Nothing fancy, but it tasted fresh, hit the spot, and I’d definitely order it again.

The food tasted good overall, so no complaints there. The packaging was just a little rough — the bag had some grease on it and the fries box got a bit squished. Nothing was actually ruined, but it was a little messy by the time I got home.

My payment didn’t go through properly, but I still got charged anyway. The website gave me no real explanation about what happened, so I had to contact support, and then I ended up waiting in a long queue just to get help with the billing issue. It was really frustrating, i don’t think I’d use the online payment option again.

I stopped by Hardee’s for lunch and was actually happy with the dining area. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was clean enough, comfortable, and had a nice laid-back feel. The music wasn’t blasting either, which I definitely appreciated.
A few tables did need to be wiped down, and for a second I was like, come on, really? But the staff got around to it after a bit, so I cooled off. Overall, it was a decent place to sit and eat, and I’d probably give it 4 stars.

I grabbed breakfast from Hardee’s and it just wasn’t great this time. The biscuit was dry, and the egg tasted like it had been sitting around for awhile. Even the hash rounds were barely warm. I used to like their breakfast alot more, but this felt rushed and not very fresh. Defintely not the worst meal ever, just not really worth what I paid.

I reached out hoping they’d actually help me sort things out, but it felt like my issue was just ignored. They never really offered a clear solution or even seemed interested in fixing it, which was frustrating... I don’t know, I just expected better

I ordered from hardees and the burger was alright, nothing amazing, but okay. The fries, though, were disappointing. They showed up kind of cold and soggy — like they’d been sitting around for a while, and they barely had any salt, so they tasted really bland. The other sides weren’t much better either. The onion rings were greasy, and the portion felt small for what I paid. I’m not expecting everything to be perfect, but the sides should at least taste fresh.

I already had a feeling this place was going to be good because I’d heard nice things about it, and this visit definitely backed that up. The staff was really friendly and patient while I figured out my order, which I appreciated. I felt welcomed the whole time, and my food came out quickly too. Overall, just a really nice experience

Most of the time they’ve got the burgers and sides I’m in the mood for, which is really all I’m usually after. One time they were out of shakes, so that was kind of a bummer, but overall... good.

But looking at the menu on hardees.com lately, it just feels kind of boring and limited. There isn’t much variety, and nothing really jumped out as new or exciting. If you don’t usually go for the standard burger-and-chicken options, the choices get thin fast. Even the sides and breakfast items felt a little underwhelming. I checked the site hoping to find something different to try, but I ended up closing it feeling disappointed

Hardee’s is a good value most of the time. The prices are decent for what you get, and the portions actually leave me full, which I appreciate. I’ll check hardees.com sometimes for deals too, and that can make lunch a bit cheaper. Ordering has been easy enough for me, no major problems or anything

My order was messed up again, and this time it felt like pretty much everything was wrong. It’s really frustrating because I was hoping it was just a one-time thing. Has anyone else been having the same issue with their orders?

I really tried to be patient, but waiting around just to get a dry patty on a cold bun was annoying. I kept telling myself maybe it would be worth it, but nope. Definitely not something I’d order again.

The food was okay overall, nothing amazing but not bad either. I did notice the floors looked kind of messy, though. Maybe I just came at a busy time or caught them before they had a chance to clean up, but it definitely stood out a bit.
