What happened: I ordered a breakfast platter on Saturday Aug ** on hardees.com and I was wanting it delivery since i don't drive.and the pickup was automatically selected and once I submitted it it was not anyway to cancel the order and tried call the restaurant and no one would answer the phone. And I going call my bank to dispute the charges

What happened: I ordered a kid's chicken tender meal. The two tenders together may have made up * normal chicken tender. One of them was about * in long, if you counted the half inch tail of batter that was hanging off the end of it. The other one was about * in Long. When I called and complain I was told by the person that said they were the manager that they have no control over the size of their chicken tenders. That's the way they come. I said I didn't get * chicken tenders I got * chicken nuggets. I thought I was getting chicken tenders. I have gotten that meal before from the store in Washington and they give regular size chicken tenders. Anyway I also asked for a honey mustard dip. Got home and no sauce. Your store is about ** miles from my home so when I get home and sit down and get ready to eat I find * chicken nuggets, no sauce. I also ordered a peach and cream pie and there was more cream in it than it was peach. So I'm not very happy with my experience with you all today. I took a picture of my chicken nuggets* supposed to be strips which I can send to you if you tell me how to do it. You either need to tell your workers to make sure that if they have small tenders they compensate for it by giving them more small tenders to make up to regular size tenders or something. For the manager to tell me they have no control over the size of the chicken tenders is ridiculous. They may not have control over what's in the package but they have control over what they give a customer. That was totally unacceptable. My number is ***-***-****. I tried to do a chat with you and your bot asked me what store I was contacting them about and I told them ******* and they never responded anything back. It showed them typing but nothing ever came through. So you all have some quirks in your system there as well that need to be worked out. I really would just like a refund and I won't frequent that Hardee's again. I'll drive * miles farther and go to the one in Washington Missouri. I've never had a problem there.
