I went back around to drive up window ,showed your employee my single cheeseburger and I showed ticket for double cheeseburger billed for double employee said you have a cheeseburger and i said were is the bacon were is the double . She snatched the burger out of my hand was gone for * mins and there wasn't one other customer in line or inside . Gave me the wrapped up burger back and slammed window. I left got on interstate only to find that I was given the same single burger with a piece of bacon thrown on top of the bun with the burger. I threw it back in the bag and i wouldn't eat that burger for nothing. Cant wait to here back.
What happened: I went to Hardee's in Clarksville, VA at lunchtime today, ordered hot dog had to move forward, didn't mind there was one lady ahead of me, one behind me and another waiting in drive thru lane, I waited patiently, the vehicle behind me got their food, the lady in front of me was next to get her food, and then the vehicle in the drive thru got his food, I saw a lady with bag come out look a little and then went back in. I waited few more minutes, then went in side to check on my order, the lady that went back in with bag said she didn't see me in parking lot waiting, I was frustrated and even more when the employee didn't even attempt to apologize so I told her I wanted my money back and would not be back. Clarksville, VA is a very small town and I go to this Hardee's sometimes twice a week. Over the past couple years the service there has gotten worse and the food is not as good. I was there at *:** so you should be able to see who was working at that time, the lady that appeared to be manager was in back cooking and she is always nice but this one not so much.
